In your backoffice you find changes:
- On the start site you see how many contracts are still available
- Also a new menu button "my accounts"
Menu Button My Accounts:
All accounts of the members are listed. The search can be done by birthday and e-mail address.
Should one account not show, please check if you entered for that particular account the correct e-mail/birthday.
Please do not write to the support if you did not checked if all entries are correct. By clicking on the appropriate button you can flip from account to account.
Please check all your account entries now. That is the preparation for the verification. We will avoid delays later if everyone has correct personal information entered. All your listed accounts in your back office can be
verified at once.
You should also check if you applied all contracts that you have paid for.
This means, go to the menu button Maintain Contracts and if you find open contracts, please add them to your account. You will find these new contracts also under the menu button My Accounts if they match the birthday and e-mail address.
Please check your accounts now.

Our support is not here to correct wrong account entries for the members. You should be able to do that yourself. If you need help, please contact your sponsor. Should we receive too many requests, we will have to charge you a fee for that service.
