We hope that you all have had a great Christmas and a Happy New Year and that 2010 has started of well for all of you.

The holidays are now over and we are back at full strength here at the office. I guess that all of you by now know what happened to the site, if not, here is a short recap….

There was a major mis-communication between us and our webhost when they switched and migrated their servers to a new destination. They are saying that they emailed us about it but we never received such info. They did not have any backup and couldnt restore anything either from the old servers. We, however, had a backup but that hasnt been updated for quit some time and thats why some members are lost from the site/database that now is up again. We have ”moved back in time” so to speak.

Another thing is the KYC, they where all deleted when the site went down, this is actually a good thing though, since the security measures worked, if something like this happens they should be deleted so that they cant get into the wrong hands. So the KYC´s needs to be uploaded again, but i guess thats not so hard to do.

What we need from you guys then is to see if you can log on into your back office, if not, just reregister again and send us an email about it so that we can update your account accordingly and please also send us your proof of payment and batchnumber with the number of contracts you hold in your account or of any other investment that you have with us.
This is of course just a small problem and will be fixed with all of our members help.

We have of course also received many emails about this issue, , many have staated that we are a scam, , that this was planned from our side with the site being down just before the holidays, we ran of with the money etc etc.

What can we respond to this ?? Of course, none of the things that are written on the Internet is true….. Take a moment here and think in a rational way…..if we where a scam, wouldnt we have choosen a better time to do it ?? Dont you guys think that we could have ”planned” this better ?? Why choose the worst possible time to have the site down ?? And many are saying - - What about the seminar pictures ?? They are on the way…..but of course, what difference does that make ?? When they are up, they are probably fake , right ?? Thats also a normal statement we get in our mailbox…now... How can we compete with that ???? I mean, you guys have already decided and made up your mind that all is wrong, correct ??

From the bottom of my heart, , we will Always give you correct and truthful facts about what is going on with our company and with all of ours and yours Investments.

It all just takes a little bit of common sense to understand this wasnt ”planned” considering the timing of it all, , dont you think ?? We are fully aware that there are a lot of frustrated people out there and that affects the thoughts and feelings that we have, , thats totally normal to lean against a more negative attitude, , thats a normal human behaviour, , a human defence.

What we need, not only with this but with life in general is a Positive Mental Attitude.

AB & C Fund
This is moving really slowly, we dont know why that is actually, since it is a fantastic deal for everyone that participates. After removing and excluding the people that needs to be just before christmas, we have about 2450 fund units left.

LDTP
This highly successful investment is moving along smoothly even though we have to wait for the payouts which will be made to the bank accounts we all need for the Pension Plan as well.
The next trade will start on Jan. 25th so make sure we have your investment before the Jan. 24th.

KYC / Bank Account
As many of you already know, this is now mandatory. This decision was made from the bank involved and we couldnt say anything about it even though we tried. This is for security reasons for the bank itself as well. The cost of the account is $90 and that includes the account, a debit card and full internet access from which you easily can transfer to other accounts around the world.
However, if you have invested in the LDTP with at least 1 Unit ($195), you will get the bank account for free !! So take the opportunity and do that !!

Even though we stated otherwise before it is still possible to upload your KYC in your back office. If you dont want to do that you could wait until you receive the email from the bank that they will send out upon maturity of the Pension Plan. It will however be a faster process if you upload it yourself.

Pension Plan
Just as all of you guys out there we thought and had expected to have finished this by now….but sometimes things doesnt go as you plan. Many people have been excluded due to the checks that where made with fraud prevention and AML.

Also 3 entire countries have been excluded and a fourth is probably on its way. The countries that are excluded is Ivory Coast, Iran and Romania. We cant tell you about the fourth country as of yet but it isnt a major country.

We have also talked to the bank during the holidays and they have agreed that it is now ok to hold 27 contracts in your account, every contract is still $45. So make sure that you have the number of contracts that you want and desire before they are sold out.

We have as of today 615 contracts left, so please try and put a last effort in now so that we can finish this once and for all and so that all of you out there can start and enjoy the start of your new none stressful financial life....

So come on……Tell your friends, relatives, coworkers, the guy in the grocery store, the man in the postoffice, your dentist, the milkman, your gardener, your teachers, ….well…..you get the picture...

New York Trip

As we said before the first NY seminar was a great success. Our CEO is now back from his holidays and he is putting some pictures together for you all to see very soon.

I. The engineers of Black Lotus in Southern California have advised us of some upcoming improvements as follows:

"Service affecting network maintenance scheduled for June 30th to July 1st, 2009!

Start: 06/30/2009 17:00 U.S. Pacific

End: 07/01/2009 11:00 U.S. Pacific

Black Lotus engineers will be retrofitting the Elite/Enterprise network at LA, CA to completely migrate customers away from legacy network equipment and to install a new distribution router with additional capacity and redundancy.

During this window there is the potential for a one-time outage of 15 - 30 minutes network wide and intermittent outages throughout the window as routing and physical paths are manipulated."

The bottom line, this is all good stuff that will enable us to provide better service, better security and happy customers!!!

These scheduled times can and will be subjected to possible delays and or schedule slips. What this means is there is the distinct potential for a one-time (or more) 15-30 minute outage spanning the entire network. Further, there is an equally distinct possibility of local, intermittent outages as routing and physical paths are manipulated to ensure optimum usability network-wide.

We encourage those of you who remain in contact with their up line /down line to pass the word, thus avoiding the anticipated "panic" that will invariably engross those newer members who are not aware of our steadfast committment to remain the most trusted on-line program that ever existed on the World Wide Web.

II. Some of you continue to swim in frustration over the inaccessability of being able to login to your GNI back office. Some common obstacles consist of the following:

a. PROPER EMAIL REGISTRATION. You need to register a Google (Gmail) email with us. Those of you who registered with Safe-mail, SBC, Cox, Verizon, Comcast, AOL, Yahoo, Juno so-on and so-forth need to obtain a Google, email address, send it to Todd via Ticket who will change this in the system.

NOTE: For those of you who have a significant investment, we WILL be asking for verification information such as an address. Those of you who have registered with nothing but a first name, are not giving him much to use for verification purposes. It is suggested less attention be paid to your referral issues and more attention be given to your own account to avoid the hassle(s) and potential loss of investment due to your willful neglect of complete registration information.

b. PROPER LOADING OF THE PIN CODE. Todd receives an awful lot of tickets from plan participants who indicate they have input eight or nine PIN codes "and it still is not accepting it...."

The procedure which ensures you are inputting a valid PIN code is quite simple. All that is required is for you, the user to ensure the GNI Browser page which calls for an updated PIN code remains open while you open your Gmail to obtain the PIN code. That's it!

Should you properly get to the point where your GNI browser asks for the pin code but you close out the page or you arrow back to get to your email or anything similar to this, you will render the PIN code stale and it won't work.

To clarify, once the GNI browser page asks for a one-time PIN Code, keep that window (page) open, open a new page to access your email to obtain the PIN code, cut and paste the PIN code and enter it into the box and you should be good to go.

c. Some of you, regardless of your actions and efforts, cannot successfully enter their account. In a situation such as this, you have sent multiple tickets, changed your email(s), communicated to us the roadblocks you face; we will do our best to accommodate you and prepare appropriate refunds.

In the event you are making this request inside your thirty day locking period, do not anticipate any refund until such time your locking period has expired.

III. REAL-TIME CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Phone (Skype) Support is forthcoming. The number has been secured (and you're going to like it); couple weeks time

IV. OUR OWN, PRIVATE FORUM. The skeleton has been installed and is being modified to accommodate the needs of the GNI Global community. We're going to try to accommodate those of you whose first language is NOT English, are not as technically knowledgeable or whose investment literacy is a bit less than others, all in the spirit of an enhanced GNI experience. It will be moderated by members with on-going support by GNI admin.

All of this, baring any unforeseen "mishaps" will be up and running, certainly before the end of July, probably much sooner.

In the meanwhile we wish all of our US domiciled clients a very joyous 4th of July Holiday, nothing less to our world-wide client base. They are the main processor we use and since they again started accepting VISA credit cards they have also been the preferred chose by our members.

Libertyreserve also works fine, there have been a few weekends when they had problems with processing payment due to down time of their server but it is still a stable system that works.

PerfectMoney also works fine for us, even if many members have to send us an email telling us that they made a deposit with this payment system since it did not register in our system when done.
A small delay but still it works.

This was no small feat and gives us the kind of credibility GNI has strive to earn and maintain since forming our partnership some years ago.

One of the many advantages of being legally incorporated is our ability to make and receive bank wire transfers; this feature GNI has fully engaged, tested and are implementing under the guidelines available on GNI prvate web site.

Bank wire deposits need to be posted in the members back office.

The GNI, as many of you have noticed, experienced on-going problems with Liberty Reserve deposits and lately also withdrawal via API.
Payments are no longer automatically credited (similar to Strict Pay).
When deposits are made using Liberty Reserve, they will be credited manually by our office upon notification through Liberty Reserve and during our office hours.
Same for failed StrictPay or PerfectMoney deposits. THERE IS NO NEED TO SEND TICKETS INDICATING A LIBERTY RESERVE, STRICTPAY OR PERFECTMONEY DEPOSIT HAS BEEN INITIATED AND NOT BEEN CREDITED.
