SELLING M2E SHARES ON EBAY


Last weekend one of our new members wrote in to say he had bought 600 me2everyone shares of E-bay for GBP £5.94, but could not see them in his Share account...
We advised him to contact the seller and request his money back.

Please be aware that me2everyone shares are NOT currently available for sale (nor do we have any plans during 2009).
If you see anyone selling me2everyone shares, please let us know immediately - it is in the interests of all members that we safeguard the integrity of the company and the interests of all our members.

Please remember that you receive an allocation of shares at no cost when you become a member or recommend your friends.
When shares are registered and the share centre is opened (in me2everyone ), this will be the ONLY place where shares can be transacted.
All of the legal forms will be in place and our Company Secretary can be updated on all transfers and arrange the new certificates to be issued.

Our Finance Director, David Lewis, offers the following advice:

“For members information, the position in respect of shares is very clear. Firstly you cannot pass any shares in me2everyone ltd to anyone without first seeking the permission from the company.
In the event that permission is granted then the transfer of the shares can only be effected by the shareholder completing the legally required paperwork.
This involves them filling in a stock transfer form and sending this to the company together with their share certificate. Once the company receives these two documents, it records the change of ownership of the shares in its records and sends a new share certificate to the new shareholder.
Only when all the paperwork is complete is the new owner recognised as the shareholder by the company.”

Once me2everyone ltd completes its current restructure to become a public limited company, you will not need to seek permission to transfer your shares to someone else.
However the paperwork procedure for notifying the company of the change of ownership will be the same.

Once upon a time we said there would be news every day and here we are breaking a 10 day silence. Truth be told it's going to take more than 10 days to explain what we here in ME2Everyone have been doing in this time. But, let's keep things simple for now: we haven't disappeared: we have simply been working very hard to bring all our plans together.

During the weekend we are testing the new ME2EVERYONE site front end: planning to go live on Monday 27th April 2009. Alas we are 8 weeks behind schedule, but we don't want to throw mud or lay blame: I think most people know who caused the delay.

Our directors have also been reviewing legal agreements - no less than 8 of them: the cornerstones of the Global Exec and Customer Care Network. We have also been discussing a new me2everyone currency and a membership enhancement. We are also looking closely at accelerating our web development.

OK it's late here, so for now, we intend to crawl into our beds and then tomorrow we will start to fill you in on all the details...

m2everyone aims to recruit 72,300 Customer Care Managers and Global Exec members across the next 3 years.
They will help transform me2everyone into a global brand, with live customer support in a local time-zone in your local language and dialect.
We have developed two business upgrades:

1. Global Exec

2. Customer Care Manager

This week we are choosing the first 100 members of the Global Exec (there will eventually be 300 people).
The Global Exec is a management layer with a role to help develop the Customer Care Network and also act as an advisor to our board of directors.

Chatter on the web continues and new blogs appear. Some are positive and others spread the seeds of doubt. There’s one that we read that suggests shareholders of me2everyone are liable for the debts of me2everyone. We want to dispel this myth right now:


1) You have registered to me2everyone’s pre-launch website and given us your name and email. This is not enough information to register any allotted shares and therefore you have zero liability.

2) When the Beta website arrives you will be invited to register for your shares in me2everyone PLC. There will be zero to pay on these shares as payment will have already been made. This matter is being conducted via our solicitors to ensure that purchase of the shares is completely legal and transparent.

3) When the shares are made available to you, they will be fully paid up. If me2everyone PLC creates any debt, you are not responsible for that debt. me2everyone PLC (when formed) will be run by honest business people with decades of experience and a desire to build a fantastic business for all concerned.


The nature of these blogs and forums is to get to the heart of me2everyone. They also want to protect you in case m2e decides to steal your ID or create fraud in your name. Nothing could be further from the truth. In the Beta version there will be a “Meet the Team” button where you read our profiles, understand our business skills, even see where we failed in the past. Then fully armed with real facts you can make up your own mind.

Oh yes – one last thing... Do you think we should have our own official m2e forum? If yes, where would you like it placed – in the Members’ Area or in the Public Area? Let us know....

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY BETA?

“OK – fantastic concept, but when does it all start?”

That pretty much sums up the responses from thousands of m2e members and 8 weeks since pre-launch we are virtually ready for the first Beta update. So what’s new?

One day an email will arrive from me2everyone telling you that the Beta phase has begun. There will be a link to click and you will come to a cleaner looking web-page with many more options than we offer now. For instance you will be able to “Meet the Team”, reading the bios of everyone involved and also see our photos. This feature will eventually show-case everyone connected to m2e including the Global Execs and Customer Care Managers.

A new presentation is being written and in the “More Info” area there’s a slide show, PDF document and a detailed FAQ section. There is also a link to a more intuitive Contact form with all our contact details there in plain sight. There will also be demographic data streams giving you more information about the community we are building.

There’s space for news updates and space for potential advertisers, but these features won’t be switched on for a few more weeks. Oh yes, there’s the language bar and we are currently hiring people for our One-World translation team with plans to bring you beta in 38 languages!

There’s a new legal Center coming online too – with far more detailed information about the share information and why this is legal. Finally we are adding a “m2e Jobs” page – showing how you can work with me2everyone as we build the community worldwide.


NEW INSIDE?

Yes and no. At first, members will see the pages you can see now. The Beta members’ area is under development and we will launch the new navigation sequence asap. The plan is to have the whole Beta experience live by the end of March 2009 and then test the features for some time, adding new Beta features on a weekly basis.


M2E VERSION 3D?

Beta will enable you to do many of the things you can with other social networks, but it’s the 3D elements that will set us apart. We are planning to launch the 3D aspects and the internal m2e job roles (from mayor to council, enforcers to newspaper owners, real estate agents to forest creators) by mid June 2009.

15000 NEW ME2EVERYONE MEMBERS A DAY...


On average there is one new member joining me2everyone once every 6 seconds! Not too bad for a web site that hasn't launched fully yet.

We agree that m2e beta site is a little boring.
We also agree that m2e need to bring more improvements ASAP.

However m2e also must to make their website stable.

Yesterday, for instance, the web site suddenly froze. Why?
Well, it seems that all the load was on just one server (out of the 3) and some coding had not been optimised.
They found this, fixed it and hopefully you are not experiencing any problems with speed.
That fixed, me2everyone staff noticed that an admin based counter has stopped working properly.

So the improvements they are implementing are centered more on the Admin features just now: getting the engine "souped" up a bit :)
Me2everyone also started looking at leased line options today, upgrading the RAM to 8GB per server and even adding more processors.

So here is our schedule:

1. Optimize the database coding
2. Improve the server performance
3. Start to change the front-end
4. Build the new Beta features for the members' area
5. Test, monitor and fix as we go
6. Introduce the main graphics engine for the "FULL" website
7. Open up the m2e advertising & business member channels

Now ME2Everyone wants to accomplish all this over the next 6 to 8 weeks.
OK, it's a little longer than wanted, but with about 160,000 members after 6 weeks the team know they have to make this perfect to ensure growth this year beyond 5m people.

There was the slow-down in news updates this week.
Me2everyone has done a some internal re-organization, hired new lawyers and been training our customer care people.

Certainly when the company seeks a formal listing, the shares could become quite valuable.

me2everyone Limited is not paying the money into the company for your shares.
They have an arrangement with a third party (a major shareholder) who has already paid for these shares.
They will effectively transfer shares to you from their own allocations.
This was an agreement made 4 months ago and even after making the transfers to 130,000+ members, they will still hold a sizable shareholding with options to purchase more shares are face value (GBP £0.001).

So everyone is aware that you will become a shareholder and everyone agrees that you will become a shareholder.
