Venture Resources S.A., a Costa Rican corporation, for $1,000 per share.
This company is created for the sole purpose of managing investment funds of its stockholders in a predetermined portfolio and asset allocation formula.
The corporation is controlled by its stockholders.

- 40% of the funds are in a Foreign Currency trading account with a large International market maker for 'Forex'.
- The traders profit target is to consistently reach a 3% to 5% monthly growth. They have had some months as high as 38%. So far there have been no monthly drawdown. This is the high growth portion on the portfolio.
- 40% of the VRG Venture Resource Group and Privacy Club International funds are invested in exclusive real estate opportunities whereby the properties invested in return from 12% to perhaps 100% annually. The real estate investments are done on properties which provide us up to 200% equity on our investment.
- 15% of funds are allocated to the Global Diversification Fund which is a private trust used to provide funding to a portfolio of different business development projects. This investment pays 200% upon maturity of the certificates.
- 5% of funds are held in cash.

This is strictly optional for members and it relates to helping us promote the club, for starters, and then expands beyond that to possibly involve becoming a full fledged international financial consultant with multiple profit centers, for those who desire.
The VRG Venture Resource Group and Privacy Club International membership referral program allows members to benefit from 'leverage' as they refer new members to the club.There are direct bonuses paid out on membership fees:
- Our '3 up' system requires 3 qualifiers to become a qualified Senior Partner who receives $250 on each Business Member referred.
- Senior Partners then benefit from the 3 qualifying sales that each of their Business Members makes, and this process continues to provide the increasing leverage and cash flow for Senior Partners.
- Business Members also earn Marketing Bonuses of 2% on the contributed capital made by their referred members. They also earn a pro-rata share of the profits earned by the company based on the contributions of their referred group.
10% of company profits are set aside in a profit sharing pool to be shared by the Business Members based on the contributed capital of their group. Beyond this, there are a variety of additional profit centers which our Senior Partners may participate in and use as business tools, resources and which ultimately generate additional cash flow.
